Inspired by the fact that penguins are known to be one of the most social species with strong instincts to stick together and protect their families - it seems suiting to add this wonderful animal to the ALEXADENAUER collection.

The design on the penguins and its chicks is inspired by a ruin of a manor called 'Gutshaus Petersdorf' in Brandenburg, Germany. The impressive run down interior of the manor has remnants of wallpaper in one of its halls - wallpaper that remind of another time. The print of this wallpaper, which suit the regal character of this animal, is passed on to the penguin while vibrant colors & golden accents act as a whimsical accent.
