Bumblebee Abu Dhabi III
After a few visits to Abu Dhabi, the design on the bumblebee takes its inspiration from the intricate yet modern architecture of the Seikh Zayed Grande Mosque. The intricate yet at times geometric and floral design of the mosque compliment the character of the flower-seeking bumblebee and its honeycombs. There is a saying in the law of physics that the wings of a bumblebee are too small for them to be able to fly, however “ignore” these laws & fly anyway. While this may or may not be true: it is a wonderful thought of hope for any ‘being’ to confidently follow its purpose in life. Pastels combined with strong orange accents, as well as golden accents, were part of a custom order, suiting the interior design of a manor in Brandenburg.
